Our Potato & Onion Peeler Machine is designed for professional kitchens, hotels, restaurants, and food processing facilities that require fast, hygienic, and efficient peeling.

Built from AISI 304 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel, the body is strengthened by a special shaping process for durability and long-lasting performance. Equipped with advanced safety systems, the machine stops operation automatically if the top cover is opened and also features an emergency stop switch with a locking system to prevent unauthorized use.

The peeling system uses carborundum-coated liner and rotatable peeling tray, ensuring gentle yet effective peeling with minimal product loss (only 8–15%). Potatoes are softened via a water inlet before peeling, while onions can be peeled by simply changing the rotatable tray.

With its low-noise motor, stable operation, and adjustable peeling time via control panel, the machine offers flexibility for different potato and onion sizes. Discharge is easy with the dedicated outlet cover, and a drain system is included for efficient cleaning.
